The staff at Prenatal Picture is wonderful. I felt prepared because they told me what I needed to do and what to expect. I also got a follow up call days before the ultrasound to see if I had any questions and to remind me of what I needed to do. When I arrived, the atmosphere put me at ease right away. No scary Dr office waiting room feel. This waiting room was like a spa which was really nice for a mother to be when going to an unfamiliar place. Once I arrived they helped me fill out the paperwork and I got to go right in. The room was very nice and soothing. Mary Lucas did my ultrasound and was very nice. She talked to the baby and it made me feel like she really cared about her clients which is nice to see. She was very patient, as my Lily wanted to hide, but Mary waited and got the best pictures. If I could, I would go back every week. This is the best place in Charlotte to get 3D/4D ultrasounds without a doubt. Try it out and you will be raving too : )
